This project aims to address Ecuador's complex issues stemming from colonization and land laws, leading to indigenous displacement and environmental degradation. By raising awareness of indigenous foods and recipes, it seeks to revalue their cultural and nutritional significance. Traditional cooks will educate chefs, who will reinterpret these recipes in an artistic

context, bridging cultural divides. Led by artist Craig Shillitto, a performative event will frame the artwork, inviting participant engagement. This participatory and durational work serves as an extension of real-world economic, cultural, and social relations, fostering dialogue and understanding.
